The Ultimate Weather Balloon

It could be even a Meteorite if not a Weather Baloon,  but in any case is very advanced, might be even a Weather Balloon from the future, why not ?! Everything that the media says hardly fits with reality so...people begin to believe that actually media reports events of an uncertain future. At least it's not the first time when a Weather Balloon or a Meteorite (very advanced, from the future) accidentally interact with a missiles or other military ground devices, it seems even to have an inexplicable attraction to such targets, sometimes is a direct hit and sometimes they also float a few moments likely to be recorded by cameras.
